AGM Announcement

This year’s AGM will be held on Tuesday, 29th April 2025 at 1.30pm online over Zoom. Members have been sent the login details and agenda via email. Please contact us if you have not received them.

Nominations for the Board or AOB to be forwarded to info@icpm.ie by 12 noon on Tuesday, 15th April 2025. Expert members may nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf. Nominations of a proxy must be made no less than 48 hours before the AGM, using the proxy form in the Companies Act 2014, Section 184.
